I received the following email from my friend Laurie P.:
"Okay Erika ~ Here's something new for your blog . At the lady boosters meeting the other night we ( Sarah,Eileen,Kathy,and I) ate the most amazing mini cupcakes. They were so good that I have been thinking of that little cupcake all week wishing I had another one! Check it out ~this is a pedro girl starting up a new business.
